SERVICE GUARANTEE: We want to make sure you have an exciting, memorable experience with Santa John. All information provided will not be sold or released to any third party. It is for the sole use of Santa John Productions. The proposal must be agreed to and approved in writing by Santa John Productions and the Client in advance of the booking date as early as possible. We appreciate you filling out your information as much as possible to ensure your event's success. Thank you.
BOOK EARLY: We recommend to book online as early as possible for Santa John's best schedule availability. All non-show dates and times are available (black) on weekdays (Sunday through Saturday) from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. pst from now until November 23, 2011. After that, non-show day hours of availability are open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m, pst.
DEPOSIT: Upon booking written agreement, a partial deposit ($100) or a 50% deposit is recommended to hold your Reservation date up to 30 days prior to your event or party date. A minimum of 7 days notice is required for a cancellation prior to your event date for a refundable deposit or a partial refund less administrative service fees.
Note: All show dates are dark. Some holiday dates and times are unavailable due to Las Vegas show commitments from November 24 through December 24, 2011 (http://www.santajohn.biz). Subject to change.
PAYMENT: The final payment or balance is due on or prior to the event date by check or paid online through PayPal. Advance payments may be paid online by using PayPal. In the event of a cancellation prior to the scheduled event date, the 50% deposit or any paid funds may be forfeited if it is less than 5-7 days notice to cover administrative services.
PAYABLE: Please make your check payable to: John Hanks dba Santa John Productions. Online payments may also be available through PayPal for private appearances.
